As I said, its just testing stuff, not the actual interface. We do this too for messing around when we know that a) our customers arent seeing it and b) its just testing/dummy stuff..

I don't understand why you wouldn't consider Nintendo using bootstrap. It's easy to setup and makes admin stuff really easy to style.
