If you are a sane software engineer, then you store something like that, and perform all the calculations related to it, on the server rather than the client. Otherwise your console versions would also be vulnerable to e.g. man-in-the-middle attacks.E: So, you could argue that the biggest draw in Destiny is the RNG to get super rare stuff (e.g. Gjallarhorn). I can't imagine a game people would be working harder to crack and make that all meaningless than the PC version of Destiny

There goes 15 minutes of Sony E3 conference.
Activision has everything else on Steam. Why would that be the case?
Or are you just bein silly? =)
Really interested in what a Destiny sequel could be.
Will they get rid of the bosses that spam massive AOE stomps if you so much as get within 5 feet of them?
Yes, MMO developers have been able to do this just fine for decades, i'm not sure why it would be different in Destiny?

Just a hunch but if its coming to steam thats great.
Why is it early? Game is out in 6 months.
I wonder how much of the D1 engine will be reused

Any chance that it will have a single player campaign or is it only multiplayer again?

Same. I dabbled in the beta for Destiny and liked it but I could tell that it's one of those games that needs to be the one game you play and I think I was playing a lot of Diablo 3 at the time or something.I haven't played Destiny but can't freaking wait for Destiny 2

Just please give em 60fpsat least on Pro/Scorpio.
I need 60fps in shooters and I want to use a controller without getting completely wrecked.
Thank you Jason
