Considering the whole SimCity debacle, where they promised the same thing (cloud is needed to perform complex calculations your computer just couldn't handle) which turned out to be a complete lie, it was just about DRM, I'm surprised so many people think the cloud power is real

Ugh. That is such a Microsoft thing to do. Sony's done it before to be sure, but it almost sounds like MS is doing this for every single non-exclusive game they can find.

I'm kind of disgusted that third parties are going along with it too. That might have a serious effect on my buying habits moving into next gen. I don't want to feed into Microsoft's spite campaign.

EDIT: What's the "other Capcom game"? Not Dragon's Dogma 2/Deep Down, right? It'd be kind of a smack in the face to Sony if they announce it at their console reveal and then give exclusive DLC to the competition...

Well of course they won't mention the "PS4" during that conference. The problem is not saying that it will be available on other platforms and/or not have the PS4/PC version on the show floor as the rumor indicated earlier this week.

At first I was like.. Dafuq is this, then I read who the OP and my life had a purpose again, so no mention of Fallout? That's good, nothing personal but I don't want it to be made for the weakest hardware and then upscaled.

Confirmed Microsoft actively attempting to buy PS4 non-mentions. If you don't explicitly hear third part say "OUR GAME IS EXCLUSIVE FOR XBONE" then confidently assume PS4 version is available behind scenes.

Stage 2 in depth DRM messaging @ gamescom. Rental strategy is not strategy, no plan for support, just wanted to keep quiet. No talk from executives because messaging isn't done (?). Stage 1 was last Thursday... total cluster fuck.

Cloud power = parole officer. Designed from Day1 DRM (?). Period. You know this already though. It's an MS idea. Approached third parties with plan, and NOT vice-versa. EA & Ubi biggest boosters but less Activision which makes my head full of weird!
