This happened back in the early 80's where we weren't exactly as 'woke' as we are today about sexual consent. Honestly sounds like this was a misunderstanding about what the dude wanted to do and what was going on. Easy to mistake someone leaning back in a chair as being into the moment vs. them passing out drunk.
But hey, guess we gotta burn Takei at the stake over this one incident without thinking twice about it.
You've got to be kidding me. Attempting to have sex with someone when they're unconscious is ok as long as you stop when they wake up?

Right now it is a he said / he said situation, over alleged events nearly 40 years ago. But those that know me understand that non-consensual acts are so antithetical to my values and my practices, the very idea that someone would accuse me of this is quite personally painful.
So you're defending him for something he denies and claims is antithetical to his values just because you like him. You're part of the problem.
