No, it's really in the game; probably some kind of joke from a guy who did Jill's textures. You can see the "vagina" in a model viewer or during the cut-scene before the 2-on-2 fight. I would post a picture, but right now I'm in work so googling for Jill's vagina wouldn't be wise
