I can't find a video of the footage from the film, but the crash in The Edge was always up there for me, because they actually threw a plane into a lake to get the shot. No miniatures, no CGI, just a DHC-2 on wires. I love it when films do practical.

Granted, it's a small plane, so maybe not as "exciting" as some of these others, but I've always thought it was well done.

Also this one sequence from Bridge of Spies while a bit unrealistic was one heck of an adrenaline rush, and shows Spielberg still got it.
