Doesn't answer the question of whether you own stock or not. The fact is US patent law blows and so suing someone doesn't really mean much. You need to read up on this company and the lawsuits. And yes I do.

Why "tries" in the title? Looks like a nice laptop to me.
This is what i came in the thread for.
...Why?Get rid of the giant logo jesus
Yeah, they did. The Matebook E is an upgrade of the original Matebook, with supposedly better battery life and a Core i5 option.

They are really good. I was skeptical at first, but after accidentally breaking my old Sony Z3 I bought the European version of Honor 5C with fingerprint reader and was blown away by the value proposition of that thing. Unfortunately I lost it during a business trip and had to get a Samsung phone as a replacement while good too, I liked that Huawei a lot more.Lol. Are their phones any good? If the phones are legit i'd give the laptop a try
It's their first actual laptop. You're always trying and learning from any mistakes from your first product.
Why do people want touch panels on their non convertable ultrabooks? No touch? Ouch.
This could have been the perfect laptop for me, but the no touch is a killer.
Windows 10 is amazing with the touch UI.
Until an update comes and jacks it up.You do know it's ridiculously easy to put macOS on a PC these days right?
Yes, it looks like a Mac Book. Yes, the potential is amazing here if they deliver on battery life. Really liking the keyboard look, minimal bezels, and the fact that they are including the multiple port adapter. Just need to know pricing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it start at $1200 or $1300.
A touch screen 360 hinge version of this have been nuts.
...Why?
That brand name just sounds so horrible, you'd think they'd adjust it to fit the US market.
it looks ugly and no one gives a shit about huawei
Company just copies everyone else
...Well, they are only the third largest smartphone manufacturer, but I trust your judgement on this one.it looks ugly and no one gives a shit about huawei

Oh damn. I completely forgot about the m3 MacBook.Yeah?
You value removal of basic features.Until an update comes and jacks it up.
Regardless, it still won't have a sweet touchpad or customer support. Or the fantastic build quality. Some people don't care about that stuff but I value it.
They're the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world not because there is great love and enthusiasm for Huawei, but because Chinese firms have significant structural advantages in the Chinese market and they make cheap phones, which is pivotal to gain marketshare in BRIC and other emerging markets. This isn't a knock on them--they are very good at what they do. But they're not an upscale luxury brand, and there's not a craving or desire on the consumer level for their name to be blaring out on the back of the computer.
You don't get big by not putting your name on stuff. They're the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world not because there is great love and enthusiasm for Huawei, but because Chinese firms have significant structural advantages in the Chinese market and they make cheap phones, which is pivotal to gain marketshare in BRIC and other emerging markets. Having features is not an automatic plus. When designing, adding something means removing something. You value removal of basic features.
BTW, there are plenty of fantastic notebooks out there without the Apple logo.
That brand name just sounds so horrible, you'd think they'd adjust it to fit the US market.
A lot of brands adjust their names for Chinese though.Like Apple does for the chinese market?
Who a' we? idk...
I got a P9 on contract here in the UK last year at half the price of an iPhone equivalent and it's been brilliant. It's a great looking phone too. Posting from it right now.Lol. Are their phones any good? If the phones are legit i'd give the laptop a try
Ridiculously ready? Do you know of a guide other than the ones I've seen on tonymac? You do know it's ridiculously easy to put macOS on a PC these days right?
I would never buy Chinese electronics
running Windows? pass
So besides the usual holes exploitable by the CIA and others, you want the additional insecurity of a chinese-designed product with more backdoors than a vatican whorehouse?
Fine. I expect every other brand to do the same because every logo looks ugly... Or is it okay once they go over the 'stumpokapow gives a shit' threshold.it looks ugly and no one gives a shit about huawei
running Windows? pass
I would never buy Chinese electronics
This post is so edgy it just might be dangerous to handle it without gloves.

Only for you, bub. Only for you.
Depending on price and an in-depth security check, it might be something I buy for a grandma.
There's actual precedent of the Chinese putting in backdoors in their electronics. It's not unbelievable. Plus, these companies are all government backed. Don't think people have on tinfoil hats. It's a legit concern. This post is so edgy it just might be dangerous to handle it without gloves.
Grandmas don't want Ultrabooks you dummy. They want Chromebooks! Maybe. She just wants you to call her once in a while
I said a grandma. My memaw deserves better.
Does your memaw know that you are seeing other grandmas on the side?
Lol. Are their phones any good? If the phones are legit i'd give the laptop a try
