I'm always sad when Koshien ends. Oh well. Meiji Jingu will be here before you know it.

I wish Koryo could've done it, but on the other hand it's nice that Saitama prefecture has its first Koshien champ.

The draft is going to be very interesting this fall, really want to see where Nakamura lands (and of course what decision Kiyomiya makes).

I'll post here next spring when the schedule for Senbatsu is finalized, then link the new thread per usual.

Sponichi's editorial department: the best catcher of the tournament is Fukui.

Nakamura got the Hochi cover, pretty wild since usually the champs get it.

Kiyomiya broke high school HR record yesterday with his 108th. Exhibition game but those count.
