That's it! I try to list as many as I can, if you have a tournament you want to highlight, please post it in the thread!

Note: If you have an interest in discussing the Fighting Game Community, consider joining the Fighting Game Community thread where we try to talk about what is happening in the FGC.

As always, if you see an infographic for a FGC tournament, it was likely made by acekingoffsuit. The guy makes stream schedules for every major tournament and he does it for free. You can find his twitter account here: https://twitter.com/acekingoffsuit

Also, Malice215's FGC Calendar was used to help get more information on tournaments. Malice215 (also a gaffer) spends much of his free time maintaining the FGC Calendar Malice215's twitter for his FGC Calendar is https://twitter.com/fgcevents_

Thaiger Uppercut actually starts tonight at 12AM PDT/3AM EDT. I'm going to be asleep because I have work, but I hope you Asian stream monsters will pick up the slack.

Gamerbee got bopped. So did Itazan. Poor Marn was the only guy winning.

Cameraman also said that Gamerbee and Itazan complained about the lag from the monitors.

What do y'all recommend as a good source for tournament updates throughout the weekend? Anywhere where the brackets are shown and all that?

eventhubs is pretty good about updating this kinda stuff and they usually will give you a link to the brackets, though those can be hard to navigate.

If you're looking for CPT events, capcomprotour.com actually does news posts a couple days before every CPT Tournament, with schedules, links to streams, lists of notable players attending, and usually links to brackets.

Nice characters variety, surprised only two Mikas made it out of pools, there was a Mika in every other match on stream!

Wait...why is there a $1000 tourney for Naruto Shippuden 4? Is this game balanced enough as a fighter to call tournament level?

I like that for a change that since SFV isn't the biggest game at DreamHack Austin the Top 8 will happen earlier cause then I can go see Civil War again later in the day.

I think Haitani is the favorite to win with GO1 and Eita being the other favorites. Since the first week I have been hearing that Eita is one of the strongest in Japan. He usually chokes though so we'll see.

There was someone on the smash dreamhack stream named "Barry Allen". Now there's a player on the SF dreamhack stream named "Oliver Queen".
