What, you thought it was gonna stop? That game continues to be purchased by people, and if this is a Wii game it makes even more sense! Wii is practically a mini-game collections best friend! It will never end, because they hate us.

"- Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors (Square Enix)"

I see they managed to come up with a name that's even longer than DQ8's. :P

"- Super Mario Galaxy (Nintendo)"

Please show something new, even if its just some new locations in screens.

If it isin't online then I refuse to buy 9+ even if they are online. There is no excuse to not have 8 be online.

Mario Party 7 was a solid game. They don't stray from their formula ever but that doesn't make them poor.

MP8 will be very welcome, especially if it can support more than 4-players (like Wario Ware Wii).

Have you ever played a Mario Party game? If you have then you'd know that playing it online would be hella lame. The entire game hinges on the experience of being with your friends in close proximity. Plus, waiting for everyone to take turns would make for awkward silence.

I love people that scream online for some games never actually think things through. It is a feature that can never fail!

So does that mean that all those games will be available by 2006. Here I was hoping development time for SMG would be extended well into 2007, like April or May at least. Japan hasn't been a fan of any 3D marios for a long time now, they need to learn about it. And if Wii really is a hit over there, then they need a really good 3D mario. And yes I am assuming that development time for SMG has been relatively short compared to SM64 and Zelda:OoT,TP.

I reckon that if the sales start of good, like a few million by year end world wide, then they probably will decide to extend deadlines a bit, since there is no need to flood the market and create competition against there own products. Totally am not taking into account the PS3 here.

I think what bothers me about Mario Party is that 1.) it's yet another Mario Party game and it's getting old, 2.) this means that the developer of the game could be spending more time on products that are actually original, and 3.) I'm getting sick of seeing Mario and friends populate an inordinate amount of Nintendo's titles.

Nintendo said a few years back that their Japanese fanbase expect a new Mario Party every year so there ya go - it will never end.

I have all Mario Party games since Episode 2. I may be part of the problem, but we found them to be great party games, especially among non-gamers, and it's always a blast to play it with friends. I don't think online would really work well... that's a game for fun.

I'm happy with one game each year, and to be honest, I was disappointed because we won't get a 2006 edition :( Play new minigames is far more enjoyable...

The "Nintendogs" is just the old Nintendogs (or maybe Dalmatians). There's a lot of old Touch! Generations software at the event. Level 5's new DS game will be there, too. :)

As to the DS list... very cool. So we'll finally be seeing playable Wario DS, Professor Layton, Etrian Odyssey, Hotel Dusk, and EA's Sim City DS.

Quite a nice list even aside from those titles.

Very nice Wii list there, too. Twilight Princess, Fire Emblem, Dragon Quest Swords, Trauma Center... it's hitting most of the stuff I'm interested in...

When I first glanced at the DS list, I thought the Kirby game was called:

"Kirby: Calling on the Douche!"

Sounded intriguing! I'm not sure which douche Kirby would call upon...probably K Fed, maybe even Bill O'Reilly.

It's not Romance of the Three Kingdoms. It's Sangokushi Taisen, a Sega card strategy game.
