Yup, the PAL Version will also cost at least 20-30% more (official price will be ~40% higher), that is one of the biggest + for all asia games.

That's the problem, the JAPAN version isn't region free:

Today they released a second asian version, with Japanese and Korean voice over + English and Chinese subtitles, it should be identical with the asian korean version content wise but no intel yet if this is the same version as the korean one:

Also Play-Asia says this version isn't region free (which isn't always correct). So we have to wait till the first gaffers get their copies to confirm it.

Why wouldn't they region lock it? Microsoft has to know as soon as word leaks that the asian version is region free (if true), this news will show up at every major website and blog, and all the hardcore will import it, the very same market this game is geared towards. I don't know. I want it to be region free though. I'll buy it twice, I promise.

Apparantly, yes. But that all depends on if the Korean version is in fact region-free. Some people on the net are allegedly confirming this (see several posts above), but it's still kind of a "?" right now.

Yes but "only" with english subs + menus no english voice over (only japanese and korean).
