Adventure Time: The Nameless Kingdom and the 3 Princesses.
Being released in Japan by Bergsala Lightweight, the Car-Girl-Transformer people (or if you have a 3DS, the Excave/Hello Kitty/Brilliant Hamsters people).
It came out in the US/EU in November 2014 as "Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom".
The Vita version was DD-only in the West. I wonder if the japanese release will have english language support.

The Vita version of Adventure Time getting a physical release in Japan is almost surreal.
