Namco Bandai are developing it, I wouldn't hold out hope for them to take a punt on localising it. Sadly both of the fan translation attempts for the PSP game amounted to nothing as well.

Fingers crossed it'll be easy to get through with Google Translate and a JP wiki like the PSP game was.

It will sell 5-20k and that's probably enough to break even. Don't expect a bump in hardware sales.
