I actually prefer this new track over the one from the earlier PV.Originally Posted by Pureauthor
Aw, they changed the old music. :(
This'll probably be the better game anyway. :DOriginally Posted by Ceb

This game comes out in a few months, not a few years...Originally Posted by Ceb

Yup, this is where zipper and belts are acceptable.Originally Posted by Eteric Rice
This is the sorta stuff Numora should be doing. It really sorta "fits." ;)
It's pretty comparable to most of the music, yeah. Check out the TGS06 trailer -- there's a good sized sampling of songs in that one.Originally Posted by Taxman
if this is the kind of soundtrack we can expect from this game, I'm buying it day one.
Well, it fits better in his own series, don't ya think?Originally Posted by ivysaur12

I've always been under the impression that his art for Final Fantasy was sort of "inspired" by current Japanese trends. Hence the zippers and belts. And since It's a Wonderful World takes place in Japan, it kinda works.
I was playing Kingdom Hearts last night, and I noticed that even the no bodies (silver guys) have zippers. :lol
Works for me. Gotta wait for the music to ramp up. LolOriginally Posted by tanasten

****, I had to wait for 10 minutes to start, with no loading message or bar. The site manager should die.Originally Posted by Eteric Rice

My concerns too. I can't imagine the game being localized, with its Japanese settings and art style. I do still hope that Squenix will localize it, though.Originally Posted by TreIII
I've been keeping an eye on this puppy since the first screenies came out many moons ago, and I've been liking it more and more as details filtered in. And with that late July release date ever coming closer, it's definitely shaping up to be a "Day 1 Import" purchase for me. Not taking any chances that a possible localization (if one comes at all) may take away the charm of the original game.
i had the saaame JSR feeling...i'm already loving it, lol.Originally Posted by Terrell

No, it's not. It's actually a type of Action-RPG, where-in on one screen, you're controlling Neku (main character) using the stylus, and the other characters are on the top screen, where you can control them using the D-pad. There will be seemingly some sort of team dynamics in play, as what you do on one screen can affect the other character's play field. And then there are also seemingly Super Attacks of some sort.Originally Posted by djtiesto
I really can't tell very well from the videos... is this a straight up RPG, because it looks similar to a side scrolling BEU type game. Either way, pretty damn cool, nice graphics/art.
