Atlus USA is proud to announce Draglade, a new rhythm fighting game for the Nintendo DS!

In Draglade, it’s not just about how hard you hit or fast you move, it's also how well you can groove. An innovative mix of music and fighting means you will have to use your rhythm as well as your reflexes if you want to overcome your foes and show everyone that you’re a Draglade master!

Draglade has not yet been rated by the ESRB.

About Draglade:
In the world of Draglade, Grapping has become the world's premier spectator sport. Scientists will discover how to turn atmospheric Matter into energy. Soon thereafter, a means of harnessing this energy – G-Cons – will allow for the conversion of this power into a weapon called a “Glade”. When a Glade hits something, the Glade emits a sound. Fighters and entertainers quickly realized the potential of Grapping, as the music generated by the clashing

Glades in combat provided an experience that couldn't be matched in any other sport. In this world overcome by Grapping fever, four young indie Grappers – Hibito, Guy, Kyle, and Daichi – will strive to reach the ranks of the Major Grappers.

Key Features
•A creative mix of fighting and music! Intuitive controls allow players of all ages and skills to get into thegame, while a vast assortment of customizable fighting techniques and devastating combinations allow for advanced fighting tactics. Use Beat Combos to create a powerful melody!
•Unlockable Extras! Discover additional characters and special techniques - there are plenty of things to collect! Each character will have their own unique weapons and attributes.
•Customizable characters! Mix and match moves to tailor your fighter to your preferences, and expand your arsenal of abilities by trading skills with a friend!
•Local and Nintendo WFC multiplayer! Play against players across the nation in a one-on-one test of skills, or connect locally with a friend and take on cooperative quests!

Fall/winter 2007

Oh, and for those who missed it in the other thread:

Quote:
Atlus USA is proud to announce Trauma Center: New Blood for the Wii, a new entry in the award-winning Trauma Center series!

Keep your hands steady and your mind focused – this time around there’s a lot more on the line. Every cut of the scalpel, every pinch of the forceps, each and every second that ticks by is of the absolute greatest importance. If you think it's too much to handle alone, invite a friend to assist with the operation and work together to save patients from flat-lining. The adrenaline is pumping, lives are at stake, and only you can save the day. Have you got what it takes?

Trauma Center: New Blood has not yet been rated by the ESRB.

About Trauma Center: New Blood:
At a remote hospital in Alaska, Dr. Markus Vaughn quietly toils, a surgeon who has forsaken the politics and power struggles of his former ward. He is content to use the power he has discovered within himself, the Healing Touch, to positively affect the lives of those in need. His partner is Valerie Blaylock, a promising young doctor eager to
unlock her own dormant abilities. When the facility unexpectedly closes, they are forced to return to Concordia Medical Institute, where politics are more important than patient’s lives, and doctors more concerned with image than their ministration. There they are
recruited into the government organization Caduceus, where they will learn of a conspiracy with dire ramifications, and their lives will be changed forever!

Key Features:
•Two Player Cooperative Play! For the first time in the series, work with a friend to race against the clock and save lives…success will require teamwork and communication – Every second counts!
•All-New Story, Characters, and Operations! Depend on a brand new medical team for support and advice as you tackle new emergencies.
•Fully Voiced Dialogue! Characters will come to life as never before as they speak to you during operations and story cutscenes.

•Online Score Ranking System!

Trauma Center: New Blood is currently set to release in North America this holiday season!

Atlus consistently delivers on the DS. They've really outdone themselves in terms of game selection thus far, I hope these titles live up to that track record.

0 out of 4. wow, thanks Banpresto or whoever it was for ruining relationship with Atlus USA. No SRT OG PS2, no Summon Night 4, no Summon Night DS, no Dragon Shadow Spell...damn hell.

I don't even want to know the unknown developers behind the 2 other DS games if Touch Detective 2 and a half is the most important of them.

Ontamarama seems to be this game. Video at the link.

Gameplay videos of the different songs here. That first one is some really bad hip-hop.

Wait, Draglade is a DIMPS game published by Banpresto. wow, this is certainly worse than I thought, they are picking that one of all Banpresto games...something went really wrong here.

The other one from Noise...that sounds me familiar but looking at the website, ewww. Its really niche stuff here, on the few hundred copies niche level.

The less I talk about Touch Detective...

And the only Atlus title of the 4 ones is one kind of a game I can't really play, but at least it looks good, its Atlus, character artwork is awesome...if I could get into a surgery game I'd be bouncing all day. But I can't so :| at list.

Actually Draglade is a Banpresto game, though developed by Dimps.

Some impressions here.

Huzzah Touch Detective 2½!! The original was a charming little adventure game, maybe a bit easy, but amusing and likeable, and not irritatingly obscure like some. Glad to see Atlus is taking a chance on the sequel, I can't imagine the original sold all that well, from what I saw.

I mean, Ontama looks great, but there's so much more that they could stand to be bringing over, even if you don't consider Banpresto stuff...

I'm a huge rhythm game fan (really, huge), but I didn't really like Ontama (Japanese's version). The songs were really bad for the most part and the gameplay is more irritating than enjoyable (the circle draw mechanic is poorly done). I played through the whole game on the hardest difficulty and didn't really feel like I wanted to keep playing it at all (unlike other DS rhythm games).

Oh well, I'll give it another spin on the US version if the songs are different (they were all just melodic, no vocals, so I doubt we'll get a different soundtrack).

Yep. Aside from Trauma Center 2, which is an awesome announcement, the rest of this is a pretty shitty lineup. I liked last year's Summon Night / Super Robot Wars / Yggdra Union much more.

They released 8 games last year for the GBA after E3 2006.
Summon Night 1 and 2
Super Robot Taisen OG 1 and 2
Yggdra Union
B-Daman 1 & 2
Polarium GBA.
Plus the 4 DS games + Rule of Rose PS2 and Devil Summoner and Trauma Center Wii.
All released in the second half of 2006.
So i don't think this will be the last announcements, i'm expecting more DS and PS2 annoucements.
So far we have Luminous Arc, These 3 new DS
annoucements, Trauma Center New Blood (Wii) and Growlanser V(PS2) so far for later in the year, so i think there's gonna be more.
I dig Touch Detective and i'm expecting second part but i'm waiting for the rest of the annoucements.
