You know, what the hell is with the PS3 exclusives? Lair is getting slammed, but I never thought HS would get a 7. Especially by IGN who's very generous with their scores.

The lasting appeal grade though confirmed my fears; rental confirmed. What a shame.

It's a crappy game that's way too short. Not worth the price.

Not surprised. Every single one of his complaints seemed valid. I expect most reviews to be a bit higher than this though, as the hype and presentation will boost most scores up .5-1.5 points.

Seriously, DO NOT worry about Warhawk. Jesus I ca't wait until it's finally released and PSM gets filtered from GAF for that bullshit review. From day 1 to the final day of the beta, Warhawk was a screaming success. People played it daily for over a month despite frequent crashes.

Warhawk is a fabulous game, and the best multiplayer shooter I've played in years. It's 8.5+ ,period, forget about it.


HS though... damn, I was gonna cancel my Lair pre-order and get this instead. I guess now it'll be... Fifa? And then UTIII.


3rd parties rule this gen.

And GT5 Prologue. They are all from fantastic and proven developers. Unlike HS, Lair or Warhawk (despite that i think WH will be great,l and i'm still getting HS).

If Ninja Gaiden Sigma sold shit its because PS3 has sold like shit. And it would majorly suck for PS3 owners if Ninja Gaiden 2 does not come to the PS3. Apart from that, the Xbox-port of NGS is still one of the best games on the PS3.

Wow. What the hell are reviewer's expectations for PS3 games? Opinions are all over the place on every game. The reviews are pretty much worthless/irrelevant to me at this point.

Still buying Lair. Dragons are awesome, and it looks cool.
Probably not getting WarHawk unless I get to try a demo, because I get enough MP out of R:FOM.
Still buying HS. I loved the demo.

I wouldnt really call them must haves, maybe Resistence for its multiplayer but Motorstorm is just boring.

I'm very interested in what Shane is going to say in his review. He's an action fighter kind of guy, he may be a Sony 'fan' but he's pretty fair in his reviews. He seemed very positive about Heavenly Sword and so far this is the only 'dissapointing' review.
I trust reviewers more who I know a bit about.

NGS doesnt get into top 20 charts for PS3 software sales so far....

It might be awesome, for hardcore players... for rest of us, it is boring. Demo was available for a while and still nobody got the game.

those look to be the only 3 titles worth thinking about for 2007 and Uncharted is still up in the air since it's quite a ways off.
