GT5 is maybe going to touch reality, in some areas (cars modelisation and shaders).

How come neither side looks real in some of the comparisons?
I got 14 points at first try. I recognise a lot of the pics. Missed the very last one though.
Pretty god job, but there are some details that give them away and the photos are not the best to compare but well. Also some photos looks terrible to their conterparts while others looks almost 1:1

It helps that I've seen all the GT5 screens before. Some were very tough though. Stuff like the side shot of the Xanavi is virtually impossible to tell unless you've seen those pics before. PEACE.

I got 8. I've never played a realistic racing game, I don't own a next-gen console or even an HDTV. Needless to say I don't follow the development of any of these newer racing games.
I think I could get ~13 if the images weren't so tiny.

Most of the ones I missed looked equally good (or equally "fake"), so I just guessed.
It was pretty hard for the ones where you couldn't see the backgrounds well. A shiny car is a relatively easy thing to make realistic-looking. A city, wooded road, or racetrack is much harder to emulate.

Give this to the average person and they wouldn't have the slightest clue.

14 points, but please, those photos are so lo-res, it's very slanted. Show some high res photos -- at all, anything at least above 640x480, otherwise you're just biasing the results.

This was apparently too easy, Maybe you should use some 150x150 cropped screens next time.
