Namco Working on a Wii RPG, Fragile
#1
Not a whole lot of info, but they've opened up a teaser site:
http://fragile.namco-ch.net/ <duckroll> Ruin Exploration RPG <duckroll> ~Farewell Moon Ruins~ And there you have it. Discuss.

I seriously hope for an awesome art style. Online co op would be nice for a dungeon crawler.

Nice art on the page. Kinda like steam punk or whatever. Hopefully this'll be a serious RPG, not just some quick rushjob. Wii really needs more RPGs.

I wonder if this RPG will be just like you imagined. Or maybe underneath it all, it'll really end up being somewhat damaged.

You mean to say that they're working on another Wii RPG, right?

Any half way decent current jrpg is good news to me, pickings have been pretty slim this gen so far.

Ruin Exploration?
You know King's Story and FFCC is nice and all, but is it to much to ask for one traditional Jrpg on the Wii? |

Any of the ex-Xenosaga team working on this perhaps? I doubt they all moved to Nintendo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this make the third RPG Namco's doing for Wii? (Tales, unannounced RPG, and now this? Or is this the unannounced RPG?)

This is quite disappointing...
Unannounced RPG is a far better title than Fragile. : ( |

Birds searing in the distance, clouds rolling slowly through the air, three eyed heads of robots stuck on signs, stars sparkling every now and then, a train station from the near future and a flicking logo.
I give the website 9/10, I'm interested. edit: nvm this is bamco |

This game doesn't look cutesy, family friendly, or like a mini-game collection.
I'm not quite sure I understand. |

I'm sort of surprised someone else that thought they were making a Fraggle Rock RPG.

that website is disgusting in how incredibly psyched it just made me. i really do hope they emphasize atmosphere, cause this site just reeks of it. i wont even care so much if it's a dungeon crawler, as long as they capitalize on the game's potential

No more steampunk, gosh.
Fortunately, the art doesn't seem to suggest steampunk. |
