Woah, Mass Effect takes a tumble. It was sold out in my local Asda today as well. Assassin's Creed 360 is still doing very well, SMG hanging in there still.

DS and Wii titles are starting to make their way up the charts as Xmas gets closer, 360 looks like its going to have a very good Xmas as well.

Can you do a graph showing "Dr Kawashima's Brain Training" U.K. ranking since you've been doing these threads? I'm really surprised that's it's the #1 game this week and seeing its slow rise looking back in the past few PAL threads. Thanks!

Uhm, we have seen a strong performance of the Brain Age games last week, but to see how they are rising even more is quite...interesting. And Mario & Sonics improvement isn't that bad either. I wonder where that came from.

I'm not surprised at all. A DS lite + Brain training games is the ideal, no brainer gift for .. pretty much anyone over 12 who doesn't have a DS yet. I wouldn't be that surprised if they topped the charts all through december.

Dr. Kawashima is immortal.

NoE needs to get their game shipping process in order btw. Mario Galaxy has been sold out on Amazon UK and Amazon Germany pretty much since release and falls in and out of stock on Amazon France as well. (You can order it at the moment, but the expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks.) I don't know if the availability in stores is better, but there really shouldn't be shortages anywhere.

When I was on my Wii-huntin' escapades last Saturday around the south of the UK, Super Mario Galaxy was available in quite reasonable supplies in every store I went into. Except Hawkin's Bazaar, because that would just be silly if it was available in there.

Seems like the Mario & Sonic ads are working wonders. They've pushed them really hard here in Norway atleast.

What's the whole asterisks thing about? Did I miss some inside joke?

On another note, Brain Training is just unstoppable, its scary to think what sort of units it'll have sold by the end of this generation. I thought Mario & Sonic would rise, those adverts are doing the trick.

This chart covers Nintendo's record-breaking DS week right? Not surprising that Brain Training got such a huge boost, it makes a great holiday gift.

Wow at Assassin's Creed, 3 weeks in a row in the top 5 on one format.

Double Wow at Mario & Sonic going up in the charts.

Kanyezie and Lyznich actually aren't doing that poorly, on the All Format Full Price charts they're just behind Super Mario Galaxy (on a side note, FIFA is actually #3 despite not having a single SKU in the top 15). Eidos has to be pleasantly surprised considering the game reviewed much worse than say, Midway's Stranglehold.
