Er, Bioshock PS3 was still planned as late as mid last summer until MGS locked up the exclusive. It hasn't been heavily publicised, but MGS went out of it's way to ensure the PS3 port was killed, and you can bet there's a contract in place.

Guys, this is making the community look bad! Stop! NG2 is published and funded by Microsoft. There should be no discussion about this particular title coming to the PS3. I'd think Team Ninja would leave room to re-release NG as the please. I think NG2 being published by MS doesn't mean much, since Team Ninja still holds all rights to NG2.

I'd expect a re-release of NG2 late in the PS3's life cycle.

I'd think Square Enix would leave room to re-release FFCC as they please. I think FFCC being published by Nintendo doesn't mean much, since Square Enix still holds all rights to FFCC.

I'd expect a re-release of FFCC late in the PS2's life cycle.

I don't get it, why are you only getting Sigma, the best PS3 game, if it's sequel is going to PS3 as well? It's like "I'm only buying MGS4 if I'm positive 5 will be Sony exclusive as well"

I'll wait till it's a greatest hit and get it for cheaper. It's a great game, but that's a matter of opinion as being the best ever.

this wouldn't be the first time a game was published by two different publishers for two different releases.

the typical scenario is that one publisher publishes it for one region's release, and another for the other region -- but there's not any real reason why another company couldn't publish it for PS3 while microsoft still publishes it for 360.

at this point i still assume it's a typo.

Not sure if anyone from EGM has responded yet, but yes, this was just a mistake on our end (damn those late-night deadlines!). NG2--as far as I know--is only coming to the 360.

As for Left4Dead: Yes, it will arrive on the PS3, as well.
