Amy? Was she one of those pseudo Creation characters Namco tossed together in SC3? You unlock a crapload of them, and I don't think I ever bothered with a single one.
Amy was a bit more than a random created character since she had a storyline, and she's obviously popular (gothic loli fencer, go figure) so she's joining the main cast now as a full Raphael copy. Still, that means three fencers now...

Awesome new characters, I sooo look forward to this game.
You had to defeat her in some special match to unlock her, IIRC. She was added to the arcade version along with Li Long and Hwang, so she's definitely more of a an actual character than the shopkeepers or the RTS mode characters.

I really get the feeling they want SC4 to be some big blowout or something. The storylines are all set up as the characters heading to the same definite location for some huge battle royale or something.
