Technically, MK has already played host to a lot of gods, demi-gods and all that kinda crap. So Superman wouldn't be alone...hell, beyond his much more colorful outfit, he'd fit right in with the likes of Shinnok...

I don't think they could diminish the IP any more even if they had an R&D team focused solely on that goal. So no, I don't think DC characters diminish the name of MK.

They'll have to use the Golden Age/WWII versions then.

Also, Superman just turned 70 in the last couple months. So I expect we'll see a lot of him this year.

If it's really a crossover, I only hope they won't drop the gimmicks from the last MK (especially Kreate a Fighter and the Konquest action mode).

The main gameplay was bad, but I had some fun with the other features, and an action game with DC and MK characters could be the only decent thing to come out of this.
