Gumshoe isn't even mention while Apollo is around so it almost seems like he isn't on the force. I doubt this spin-off will involve any Apollo. Also, I'm guessing the best time to place this would be right after Phoenix loses his attorney badge. If it were Edgeworth vs Phoenix, they probably would have just opted to do it from Phoenix's perspective instead.

A project named New Gyakuten Not Saiban (NEW逆転 NOT裁判? "NEW Turnabout, NOT Trial") is slated for release on April 20, 2008. Information on exactly what the project is has not been revealed.
