Ah, cool. I didn't mind the motion controls much--in fact, I rather enjoyed them--but I got to a tricky level (attack the castle in the ice land or whatever) and I think I may fare better with my trusty analog sticks.
This functionality should have been in the original game, though. |

Sweet. Will probably grab some used copy from some bin.

The game is still 59.99 in most places. My copy (along with my old 60GB PS3) was stolen a while ago. I have a 80GB PS3 now but no way in hell Im paying full price for this.
I liked the game (I got up til Mission 7 I think). Id pay 29.99 for it for sure. Its not as bad as people would lead you to believe. |

I beat the game about a month ago. Fairly enjoyable, but by the end, it was clear the developers had very little ambition. The storyline could have been more than, people thought of as savages attack your city, you retaliate, kill babies and puppies, cry, side with your former enemy and kill a preacher, game over. The potential for this game was enormous but in the end, Factor 5 didn't want to make an adventure...they wanted to make a shooter...*sigh*

Hmm. If that Target price is true today I may pick it up.
I have a strong feeling I will regret it. I'm almost positive that it will be a waste of 30 dollars. But I'm probably going to do it anyway. Yes. I think I'm going to go with my loser intuition and act against my better judgment. Lair, here I come. |

Bit of impressions, the game feels tighter, the targeting is slightly better due to crosshair, left d pad = U turn, right d pad = dash (although you can still use the motion control to do a U turn but can't make a dash though)
Definitly more enjoyable this way |
