The new stuff:

-15 brand new levels, with all the same weaponry as the last game.
-The Ice Tower is now available as a starter gun with the arrows, cannons and AA guns.
-The Telsa Tower has lowered in price to ten jewels.
-All earned abilities from the first game, such as running, has to be re-unlocked in the expansion.
-There's a really cool unlockable after you beat the expansion that we don't know about.
-Five new Octograph songs
-Finally, something interesting from Q-Games:

"Oh, and we've added an extra special feature for the best players out there who can clear every stage in the game (not necessarily with rainbows). It's still a secret but it's going to feed your addiction beyond an extreme."

This is the best expansion ever.

Yes! I was hoping the PJM: Encore would be coming this week, but next week would also be alright. I've been waiting for this to get re-addicted to PJM. I've rainbow'd all but 2 levels in PJM and don't have the determination right now to tackle them, but still crave me some more PJM! This should hold me over nicely!!! I can't wait to see what the big surprise is for beating all the levels in the expansion as well as the main game!

I have this game since it was released and had never found the time to play it. But I might start playing it just to get the hang of things before the expansion pack comes.

It would be INSANE to see a level with never ending monsters that requires you to change your towers / upgrade them constantly until you are over whelmed.

Or something similar to bloody palace. Endless mode like SS HD?

It is on the "Leaked List" (which was for the European PSN) for this exact date.

Looks like the game got a minor graphical overhaul too. Pretty nice.
