GoW 3 to feature online?

Man I want a Coliseum mode so badly for Zelda. Imagine playing with a friend or 3 others against a wave of enemies in a...coliseum. The farther you get the more things you get, like special potions, bombs, etc...it'd be pretty cool. Kind of like the trials in TP.

Would work nicely for this as well.

Anything other than co-op (And even that's stretching it) and they can GTFO.

EDIT: It's obviously not out of the question that this isn't related to GoW3.

iirc they oversee all the games in development in America or at least on the West coast. But their in-house team basically only makes God of War or something

Considering it's a listing for an online gameplay director, there's no way it's just leaderboards.

Co-op or even competitive multiplayer arena fights would be so good.

Good point, co-op makes most sense to me.

I hope it's God of War, could be another title.

Meh. Tacking co-op onto the single player God of War's would never work, unless they're changing it up consistently. Now if there was a separate co-op campaign ala Resistance 2, that's something I could be excited for.

Multiplayer could work, as long as it's not everyone as Kratos. Maybe choose a Greek God and play, fighting game style. Probably wouldn't work even then

Aren't these guys in charge of the Twisted Metal franchise? I would want to see a full next gen TM with good online gameplay more than a GoW with online coop.

Considering the way they left things at the end of GoW2, with an all-out war between Gods and Titans looming, I don't see how it would necessarily be surprising that they might take that concept online to some extent. Might finally net me the equivalent of the next-gen War of the Monsters I've been yearning for!

for Online in GOW3 all i can think about is online Sex Mini game , play with your other female friends to prove to them that you are as good as Kratos in bed , multi options 3 players Sex mini game bed match , 1 vs 1 and the all awesomeness 1 vs 2 , sixaxis motion integration , and maybe Playstation Eye support too .

DMC3 tried to do it but it was so half-assed I don't really count it.
