Baseball Team pretty much opens like the last PS2 one did. Pretty impressive seeing that the other portable versions didn't do too hot on GBA. This one probably will have longer legs as well. Sega must be pleased.
Otherwise pretty slow week except for the usual suspects. Seeing that the cut-off for the Top Ten is at 12k Bleach performs pretty much exactly like the last one. Said it before but it's really funny to see such a consistent fanbase.

how would i find LTD sales for Valkyria?
edit: reports are saying 120,000 give or take a few. thats actually pretty good considering its a unknown srpg. maybe with euro and na sales by the end of the year it will get to the 500,000 mark. Last edited by battleMAUS : 05-29-2008 at 09:29 AM. |

Well considering Valkyria did over 100k Sega has got to be happy. It's still on the chart so all hope is not lost.

Monster Hunter and Wii Fit continue to stay way up in the charts. Very impressive showing for Mario Kart as well.
the PS3... let's just not talk about it. |

Sega initially shipped 100k of VC IIRC, so it didn't bomb at least. Of course it could (and should) have done better (say, 3 years ago on PS2), but I don't believe that would've been possible in the current Japanese situation.
