Rufus looks like Earthquake (from Samurai Showdown) and Seth looks like Urien (from SF3). But, as history has shown with the new characters in SFIV, the proof will be in how they play. Supposedly Rufus is a lot of fun to use.

I agree that we need more SFIII characters. Those were actually unique. Alex, Elena, and Ibuki were cooler than any of these new guys.

I just don't understand criticism of this game sometimes. People complain about the new characters until they're blue in the face. But to me, it seems people have a short memory when it comes to characters like R. Mika, Twelve, Necro, Remy, Q, and a host of other shitty characters.

Personally, I like Seth; especially if he is a precursor to Urien/Gill and will help bridge the gap between Street Fighter 2 and Street Fighter 3. I also don't have a problem with Rufus.

Come on, these designs aren't any more retarded than Oro, Necro, Q, Hugo, Gil, Urine etc - I remmember my disapointment in seeing some of SF3's character designs for the first time, but that didn't stop SF3 becoming one of my favourite 2d fighters and some of those aforementioned retarded characters becoming some of my favourite to use.
