Whoever does the OP, to add the monthly totals as well, and update them once a month matched up to NPD. Here's August 2008 monthly MC hardware numbers. Covers Aug 4 - Aug 31: DS - 251,534 PSP - 212,182 Wii - 162,470 PS3 - 39,861 360 - 38,995 PS2 - 35,901 If we can get those added as a column with the hardware in the OP, it would be great. Edit: They should be accurate, but feel free to double check me. |

Blue Dragon didn't do as well as I thought it would. Wasn't this really popular with the 360 audience?

The same thing could be happening in real retail, and there may be leftover demand for the game. |

I still think its funny that people are marveled at Afrika's performance. At least here and in other forums, the game was huge ever since the first teaser. Everybody wanted to know what the game was about and stuff.
Just looked like a bigger game, a game that would at least do Heavelnly Sword/Ratchet numers. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but i thought the game was going to be much more popular. Now we don't even have release dates for Europe and America... it's like they (Sony) gave up in the middle of the development process. 57k now means it's gonna struggle like hell to end up with 100k LTD. |
