About the Dead Rising in PS3/PSN rumor, I think it comes from a Capcom post in the Playstation forums and its replies in the comments. Maybe appeared previously in EGM and / or Surfer Girl.
Oficial word about that (Sven is Christian Svensson, Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development of Capcom): http://www.capcom-unity.com/ask_capc...ed_for_the_PS3

I think it would be a smart move. They would keep the IP hyped / alive more time, and all Capcom fans would be happy. But just now are only rumors and guesses of the fans.
