Thanks for clarifying :)
I wouldn't mind much installing shady stuff, 'cause I'd obviously only use it in a legit way with the games I bought, if I wasn't afraid of a future firmware update bricking/messing with my console. I'm probably being paranoid about this, it's a pretty far-fetched possibility after all (and pirates would obviously want to find a way to keep doing their stuff, so they'd work on a solution), but I probably won't be risking it, at least for now. |

Omegadox has left Dolphin and has created his own Wii/GC emulator called RESE.

Wii looked horrible on my HDTV with various cables before I sold it a few years ago.
I would jump on 720p Wii games in a heart beat. But, from what I understand, I don't have a souped up enough PC. Also I don't have enough money to start a Wii library. Oh well... sometime in the future there will either be a WiiHD(I hope) or I'll have a better PC. Edit: DAMN. The simple art style in HD is making me fall in love. I've been ignoring the Wii. These specs(XP;Amd Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2Ghz;1024 Ram;7600GT 256MB) wont run anything well right?

If you run Let's Tap at a higher resolution via the emulator, can you still see this text?
![]() "Team Fortress is a team and class based online multiplayer computer game modification based on id So" I presume it's too small to see at 480p, if it's still there. |

I'd appreciate the convenience of that rather than sourcing all this stuff seperately (well, OK, it's not a lot of stuff..but still..). Sure, they'd probably piss of Nintendo, but given that it's legal, I think there's an opportunity there for more specialist electronic stores (e.g. Maplins) or indies who don't have any relationship with Nintendo.

Now I'm very interested in this. My GC backlog is quite substantial, my machine can run the emulator and even if its just for the GC shit uprezed, this is worth it. Will comb the thread and maybe collate the info in a post. The OP should have been updated for this to save me the trouble. :P
back in a bit. if any of the collated info is bannable... edit it, don't ban me! :P EMULATOR SITE http://www.dolphin-emu.com/news.php LG DRIVES Hitachi LG GDR-8161b (IDE) Hitachi LG GDR-8162b (IDE) Hitachi LG GDR-8163b (IDE) Hitachi LG GDR-8164b (IDE) Hitachi LG GDR-H10NBLK (SATA) Hitachi LG GDR-8082N – USB SLIM Portable Drive

Playing as much as I can today, start the new job Thursday (training) ugh hate wearing suits.
Loving the game so far. Been playing both on my Wii and PC. PC framerate drops by half when you're in villages (but stays steady.), but it's butter smooth everywhere else. I do like playing it with my PS2 controller as opposed to the classic on Wii though. You guys see if you can tell the difference, all of them except the last one are played with Native scale off, but cropped. The last one is native scaled up to 1680x1050 (Damn awesome fight, you have to fight like 7 waves of these guys. They break your swords so easily too =( )
