Who are the best Television show/documentary narrators? #1

Personal favorite of mine is of course David Attenborough but frankly that is simply too easy..

Mike Rowe i always thought did a great job for the deadliest catch and seeing him on dirty jobs makes my day sometimes.. and seeing him discuss castrating lambs with his teeth on fora TV was funny.

Other Mentions:
Thom Beers: Overused but has a good voice for the shows he creates
morgan freeman (one of only a few high profile actors i think does narration well)
Ron Howard (of course for Arrested development:D )

Edit: oh yeah and explain why even thought i didnt.... suckers

Likelihood of thread success: Doubtful

The latest Simon Mayo interview (BBC podcast) is with D. Attenborough. It's brilliant, as you could probably have guessed. Soul-soothing indeed.

Whoever the guy is who used to do Mystery Diagnosis on Discovery Health. He was great. The new guy just doesn't sound right.

P.S. The music for that show is done by "Jonathan Coulton." Is that the man of "Still Alive" fame?
