Street Fighter IV [PC] Mods - Movesets, character costumes (Mr. T, Kratos, Gandhi)

Alright, this is now the official Street Fighter IV PC Mod thread. We have various mods here for your entertainment. We have the moveset mods that will guarantee some laughs, and we have the costume mods that'll make you kick yourself for even consider paying Crapcom for the DLC costumes. Then we have some interesting mods that'll make you want to learn to play SF4 with only one hand... you're gonna have to google for those.

I bought the PC version of SFIV because it was cheaper and it would run better than the 360 version. Besides, all the 360 controllers and sticks work on the PC, so win-win situation there...

Also, these hacks are amazing... I wouldn't go online with them tho.

What makes me sad is that they found out that the Alternate Costumes sold as Downloadable Content are already on the disk... :(

You could do this with some ps1 fighting games using action replay or xplorer, Tekken 2 and 3 were good laughs swapping nina with that little dinosaur from 3, farting flames and all that.

That's freaking scary! It's a nice little novelty but I'd want to see them work on actually getting the characters to not look like insect people; don't know if that's even possible :P.

Any USB pad will work including the MadCatz fight pad and fight sticks. Or you could go Saturn USB pad from eBay.
