Mighty Flip Champs is rated by USK, but not by PEGI: is it a mistake, not unusual, or do I have to worry?
I really want a DSiWare game to throw my bonus points into and Mighty Flip Champs seems to be the first worthy title in Europe, I can't wait anymore. |

We don't know why he keeps buying PAL, either.

Is that shooter out yet for DSi Ware? I don't know what I'm looking at on the Japanese store.

The new Famitsu has screens of a WiiWare game called Shadow Walker. There's not much to go on, but it looks like some kind of 3D puzzle game where you control a boy who can only walk along shadows cast by objects. Looks gorgeous for the platform.

Does anyone have a list of the updated features for the Wii browser? Or did I miss it somewhere else?
And oh yeah, free 500 points come October or so! :D |

Meh, Robopocalypse: Beaver Defense would've been a great DSiWare game. Handheld RTS > Console RTS.

ESRB update of surprises:
Crash 'N The Boyz: Street Challenge Platform: Wii Rating: Everyone Content descriptors: Cartoon Violence Rating summary: This is a collection of sports mini-games in which players control small, stubby characters that compete in hurdles, swimming, pole-vaulting, and judo events. During the swimming event, players can dunk their opponents underwater and smack them; the judo event contains some "over-the-top" kicking and body-slam animations. Characters' eyes swell up in a "cartoony" manner when they are attacked during the competitions. TOMENA SANNER Platform: Wii Rating: Everyone Content descriptors: Comic Mischief, Mild Cartoon Violence Rating summary: This is a side-scrolling action game in which players run through city streets and progress through levels by pressing a button at the correct time. Players can break-dance, jump over obstacles, and kick objects out of the way while collecting coins and heading toward the finish line. Players sometimes punch, kick, or slam into humans/animals, causing them to collapse or fly off the screen in an exaggerated manner. In one one level, a giraffe character emits a small, yellow cloud (i.e., flatulence); players occasionally jump over pink coils that resemble animal droppings (e.g., "Great doggy-doo reflexes!"). This is retail, but it's related, and I haven't heard anything about it: Data East Arcade Classics Platform: Wii Rating: Teen Content descriptors: Animated Blood, Mild Suggestive Themes, Mild Violence Rating summary: This is a collection of classic arcade games covering several genres. Games include Bad Dudes vs. Dragon Ninja, Burger Time, Caveman Ninja, Street Slam, Secret Agent, and many others. Some games involve side-scrolling fighting action against dozens of enemy thugs, ninjas, and creatures. Characters occasionally use knives, guns, throwing stars, or grenades in the 2D-style combat. A few games depict brief splashes of blood when enemies get hit; one game depicts a shark that emits red blood when it gets harpooned. The suggestive material represents the strongest pertinent content in the game: A puzzle game called Magical Drop III depicts female characters wearing provocative outfits that expose underwear and deep cleavage. When players score points or make successful combos, the background figures cheer or move in ways that cause their breasts to jiggle. |

That Tomenasanner game somehow connects with me. It's a stupid QTE fest from what i can see, but I love the presentation and especially the music.
It's so delightfully random. (Needs a guy in a Weenie suit, too, but eh, can't have everything I guess.) Reminds me of Muscle March, in a way. I'm a sucker for stuff like that. |
