The EA version of Tetris looks dinky but unless it's awesome like the DS game, I'd rather pay a buck or two (assuming its cheap) for a simple Tetris than one at $20 that tries to justify its existence with a bunch of modes I'll never play. Pac-Man CE is obviously a dream come true. Burn Zombie Burn 2D could also be cool. I think the digital download market will bring a lot of the kinds of games to PSP that I always thought it'd be stocked with, it's just that when a system brings out a Grand Theft Auto game, it's tough to justify bringing a little puzzler or pinball game. ![]() TETRIS PSP ![]() BURN ZOMBIE BURN 2D On the independent side, some of the games already mentioned are on my list too, but I think the titles I'm currently most in search of are the shooters, as I loved Super Stardust Portable and have not seen nearly enough of that kind of gameplay on the system. (There's a decent homebrew version of Geometry Wars that got abandoned by the developer but is addictive all the same.) MiniGore looks like a fun, and I'm excited for the PSP version of AstroTripper. All of the HalfBrick games look really awesome as well, I've never tried their Xbox games but Rocket Racing, Echoes and especially Zombies caught my eye. ![]() MINI GORE (IPHONE VERSION) ![]() ASTRO TRIPPER ![]() HALFBRICK ZOMBIES (IPHONE, I THINK?) ![]() HALFBRICK RACING ![]() HALFBRICK ECHOES |

Info for BreakQuest. No price yet, but I asked. Looks like it could be fun.

Too bad developers have to be legit to bring games to PSP Minis, this LightCycle 3D game is an awesome homebrew title that I would gladly pay for.

But never mind that, the good news is that the legit indie scene for PSP is exploding, and going by a lot of forums I've seen about the games, it feels like the gamers are really excited by it too. Anything that Sony can do to make it so that games like Pac-Man CE can be played on a portable, I'm all for. |

There isn't enough Minis coverage in this thread, so I'll add some more.
