Nah, I liked the resolution of that. Peter-Nick partnership makes the show for me, it has to continue this way!!

The interesting thing now is if Kate is in on it.

i didnt really see it coming, although of course it was obvious he wouldnt be leaving. the thing i hate about deaths in finales is that by the time the premiere rolls around, any impact from the death is gone to me.

right now i feel really bad for Neal and want to see how Neal copes with this. by season 2 i wont feel the same. at least season 2 is returning sometime in the summer, rather than making us wait 9 months or w/e other shows do.

Yeah, plus every scene she's in uses this awfully obvious greenscreen. It's just so bad.

I know they use it a lot in this show when they're walking down streets etc, but I never really notice it. The clip were she's in San Fran for example, or when she's dining with Peter, ugghh.

Anyway, I really liked the last episode (politician), they never cease to make Neil seem like such a bad ass, plus you gotta love those tense moments where someones' about to walk in etc.

Also glad that the chick wasn't actually working with the bad guys, they seem to like pulling that kind of episode cliff hanger (bad or good?) and it gets me each time. :lol

Yup.. the first two episodes were very good. Lot more on the funny side than last season, as far as I remember at least. The Peter with 'stache thing was hilarious.

Yeah, it got me too. Though I was freaking out (humorously, not like, throw remote into tv or anything) because they did it again! The thing I dislike about those is that they turn out to have no real significant change to the structure of the show. Was looking forward to Neal and Peter possibly going at each other, and then Diana (thanks, Wikipedia!) sabotaging any cases.

Then again, Kate being blown up (or was she?) did do exactly that.

Hilarie Burton looked so fucking hot in tonights episode, especially in that final scene in that tight dress that accentuated her ass. It seems like she's going to be sticking around which is nice. She's gone quite far since her days as a MTV VJ.
