To fake a zoom
1.click on a layer
2. highlight all layers
3. click on a layer, resize
4. click on a layer unhighlight.

to select all layers just click on a shape and then click highlight all.

You can also use the R trigger to highlight individually and then up/down on Dpad to whip around. That way you can wrangle in 20-30 layers really fast to group them.

yea it works the same as a zoom would and after a few tries you can do it in 1-2 seconds.

Default replay camera is way better than Forza 2's - a lot of nice panning and very little 'orbit the car' stuff.

Clicking the right stick doesn't zoom in the vinyl editor? I know clicking the left stick doesn't let you pan around like it does in the design editor, but I swear I was able to zoom in the vinyl editor... It was 3:30am though, so I coulda just dreamt it.

After racing for a couple of hours finally got around to playing with the photo mode. My one annoyance with it is the constant shutter it does when changing effects on the picture, I remember it being very smooth in Forza 2. I also find the focus isn't quite as easy to control, however it definitely is a much smoother transition into unfocused parts of the picture, especially backgrounds.

Just finished playing around with the photo mode for the first time. Just played with it for a few minutes, first time I've seriously messed around with one in a game. Couldn't be bothered before.

The camera feels kinda limited with the elevation maxing out at 2 meters, but the amount of options you have is pretty decent.

Doesnt matter. The color red in the pics you get from the Forza website already looks like shit.

I gotta say Modus, that JGR car is the best designed livery I've ever seen come out of Forza. Some people like photorealism, but that right there is an incredibly well designed livery for an awesome game. I'll be going on tonight to pick it up. Awesome job.

you have to buy those specific cars then go paint it. from there go to "my designs" and pic the one you want and load it.
