Hmmm, interesting to see the PSP sales split between those three.

I kind of wonder if they ate into each others sales a bit. I can see Badman and Zettai having some crossover.

Multiraid 2 = Super duper bomba. It did a bit more than 10% of what the original sold in its first week.

Good to see Zettai Hero doing decent numbers.

And what on earth, Friend Collection in #2? Looks like this game has the potential of beating NSMB DS lifetime numbers!

Not sure of that; it's more than 3M behind NSMB DS, and NSMB DS is *still selling*. I'd estimate it probably only decreases the gap by 30k a week on average - so we have to ask ourselves: Can it hold these sales for another 100 weeks?

What am I *saying*? It's Friend Collection. It can probably do double that.

I'm not surprised Multiraid 2 did worse; the MH type market has been saturated, and God Eater seems to be scratching the itch pretty well.

But that's still a huge drop. PSP2 at least came close to the original's success.

Next up: Kenka Bancho clones.

As described by the games producer: “Think of it as players having fun through make believe.” http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=389964
I'm just putting this here because, out of all the Sakamoto threads this one is the best and least read. Pics in a link in the link, it's among the other pics from his speech.

I don't think Friend Collection will double its current sales, but I think 4 million is a lock.
Maybe as much as Animal Crossing on the high end.

How high has the Ultimate Hits version of DQIX pushed total sales for that title?

Also, why doesn't God (or the Goddess) love us and release that title outside Japan already?

Both questions are important.

Maybe about 4.3 million or something like that. Also, it's confirmed for a Summer release in Europe, with Nintendo on publishing duties.

yes, but before you get excited, 3d stands for "third", not for "three dimensions".

Cool, that explains that. Do you know why Index Holdings was listed separately? I was wondering if they publish games not by Atlus too or if they're just listed on their own as well because of Atlus.

Atlus is currently a majority-owned subsidiary (62.24%), but will soon be wholly-owned. A stock swap agreement was announced on Feb 12th, and the trade will be completed on May 10th.
Wow, I never knew all of this except for Hudson being owned by Konami. Nintendo apparently has 1.04% of Hudson. I knew they had shares, but I never knew how much.

And now it kinda makes sense why Spike's now publishing Chunsoft's games. But when were they bought? As the publisher change from Sega only happened like a year ago.

Wii hardware drop almost mirrors NSMBW's drop. Both will keep this up for quite some time.

Well, if last week was the start this week is now going to make it a two week trend of declining posts. Will we make it to two pages (50post per page) or will it bomba?

Making a bold prediction, PSP Go will sell more than 2000 units next week (or whatever the week that the Monster Hunter bundle is released).
