My SO is precisely the same height as I am. When we're both barefoot, he may have a quarter inch on me if we're both standing straight, so if I wear heels, I'm taller. We don't care, and since he's a leg guy (what a waste of my boobs, srsly), he's all like GIRL YOU BETTER WEAR THEM HEELS I'LL JUST CLIMB IT'S ALL GOOD.
I have to say, the same-height thing is at times very convenient. We fit together most comfortably. And since he's an amazing kisser, I pretty much always want his face in my face. |

I wouldn't date a shorter guy, which sucks because I'm 5"11.

I've heard that Pilates and Yoga work wonders for posture. Then there's the old fashioned way, walking with books balanced on top of your head, holding your head high, I'm not sure if it works though. Or you could do what my friend did.. Duct tape your shoulder blades. :lol
I don't slouch at all while walking but I do when I'm sitting down, especially at the computer. |

In terms of strength training, ab and back exercises (so, Yoga, Pilates, etc) will help. So will strength training that works your lats, pectoral muscles, and other shoulder muscles around the scapula. |

i have been having monthly (sometimes more often) blood tests at my schools clinic for the past 5-6 months now. the girl that does it is really cute and ive only managed to blurt out a line or two in the short time that she works on me. i think im only going to get one more chance, would it be really creepy to ask her out to get a drink or something? i feel like ill hate myself if i dont try, but i hate rejection :lol

Sounds like most women are looking for guys that are either equal height or taller. Which is understandable, but really kills our chances with a lot of girls.
Maybe I'll go after some Asian women. They seem to be around the average height for me. Unlike you amazonian women in here, geez. :lol |

People do get magically more attractive once you realize they're awesome. I mean, objectively, I know my guy isn't like JESUS HOT or anything, but for me, it is like the sun shines right out of his face. So I dunno. If I gave a midget a fair shake, s/he might grow on me.
Or not, as the case may be. >.> |

Weird, around here (midwest U.S.), most guys I see are at least 5'8. I rarely see very tall girls. I dunno why, but I've never been into anybody over 6 foot. I'm 6'4 so I've always stood well over most girls, so it always weirds me out when I meet/see a woman that is only a few inches shorter than me :lol Not usually attracted at first

I am average-girl-GAF at 5'6" even. Most of my female friends are shorter. In fact... I can't think of a single one who is taller! You tall ladies are freakish. :lol
I'm jealous; I can't reach anything in my top kitchen cabinets. |

Not here, I guess! Here I am a giant among (wo)men! But from what I read, that's pretty spot on-average.
