It's kind of a spoiler, so here: Cap's shield is destroyed by Loki so he rocks the Asgard shield for the rest of the episode UNTIL the sequence where Odin wakes up. He walks out onto the platform with the rest of the Avengers and he's sporting his classic shield again. I did a double take, unsure if it was an error or on purpose, like everything Loki did was undid, but it turned out to be an error. The next scene he was sporting the Asgard shield again! Generally, as things aren't animated by hand, these kinds of errors don't generally happen any more. Which was why I was surprised.

He must be talking about Cap's shield. It flips back and forth between his real shield and the Asgardian one when their on the bridge getting thanks from Odin.

There were some good recommendations listed earlier. I'd check out Brave and the Bold and Young Justice, and any of the good old DCAU stuff if you haven't at all (Batman, Superman, Justice League)

If you're not limited to TV Shows, Hulk VS, Planet Hulk, and the Doctor Strange movie are pretty good (although the Strange movie does have some hiccups in the plot and animation department, still a good watch though)

With what is discovered at the end of the season 2 episode the Skrulls is there any chance that Ms Marvel will be joining the Avengers? I was hoping for more when they showed the origin story half way through season 1, but they never returned to it. Do we just assume Shield's been keeping this under wraps?

Unfortunately, with no appearance in the season 2 opener, I guess it doesn't look too promising to that that particular addition (though it'd still be awesome).


Oh, that reminds me...just a little touch I liked in season 1 was that the silhouette of the team at the end of the opening credits would change depending on who was on the team.

He forgot Batman Beyond. Watch that before the Justice League since the ending/epilogue for that series is in the the Justice League series. There's also Static Shock which was decent and has a cameo in Justice League series. The GL movies are decent but Wonder Woman animated film and Batman: Under the Red Hood are much better.

Loved the first season, action packed good interaction between the heroes. I liked the first arc the best with the prisons.

Also Wolverine and the X-men was a decent show and everyone should check it out. It was better than Evolution at least.
