As an early Christmas gift to die hard Square Enix fans, the company sent out a special art plate to all Japanese S-E Members who have Ultimate status on their accounts. The art plate is an original illustration of Lightning from FFXIII, with a special message signed by Tetsuya Nomura.

I'm not entirely sure but I think it has to do with registering S-E games on your account, getting points, participating in community stuff, etc. The S-E Members site is a full blown social community site.

I think it's probably printed, but it's still a limited item, so that shouldn't really matter that much.

I liked Lightning as well. Its just too bad she got saddled with a disappointing game and one of the worst lines of the story.

I loved that her voice actress was Ali Hillis who was Liara in Mass Effect.

Lightning was the only char I actually liked in FF13.Everyone else was just eh.
