Level Up Wear are pretty decent, I've got a couple of Fable t-shirts from them. (They were on sale for Ł5 each, how could I not?!) They don't really do anything apart from t-shirts but I thought people might like some of the stuff on there. |

![]() That's a $90 belt. Now if I were me - which I am - I'd wear that belt, but I don't want it, because that logo is not me. If that buckle were a simple triforce design (just an example), that's perfect - designer, simple, solid design, gaming influenced. Most people wouldn't get it, the right people would get it. I could wear it to work and not be estranged, and I could feel like I'm representing something personal. Now fashion world: fill my demand. |

Just adding to those saying Uniqlo. I own a load of their anime and game related tshirts (Evangelion, Captain Tsubasa, Naruto, Virtua Fighter, Godzilla, Mazinger Z) and none of them fall into the hipster/cosplay reject/kid style. In other words, I wear them out and about and they are subtle enough to not be in your face 'I loves ma animes" but distinctive enough that people into the series will recognize them.

I believe D&G did an insanely expensive official Mario shirt a few years ago. And there was a Japanese company that had really nice, very understated Pokémon stuff.

King of Games has some pretty cool stuff.
Unfortunately they do not send everything Internationally. Quality is good though. |

Yeah, it's fun and funky.
I get that GT players probably wouldn't want a pic of a massive ferrari on their shirt. But a game like that requires a different style to suit the lifestyle image of the game itself. Games like Mario, Smash Bros, other 'cult' classics and even games like Lcoo Roco and Noby Noby Boy would look good with a large image. The clothing style reflects the game. EDIT: Oh and the other thing I liked about the JC/DC clothes is the fact that the items aren't limited to t-shirts, hoodies, belts and bags like most popular gaming and music merch. A girl doesn't live in jeans and tee, we need dresses and skirts too. |

Most of these I find to still be pretty poor. The "outfit they have in the game" ones are decent, but I find still look unnatural and at best make you look like a cosplayer who can make a decent costume. The Metal Gear ones are dumb looking, the Gran Turismo and Mass Effect apparel are boring, being just normal clothing with a game logo slapped on them, the Metroid one isn't subtle and is extremely ugly, the Katamari ones could be easily passed for just a line of trippy looking shirts if they took the prince off them, and the Stalker sweeter is just anther sweeter.
And while not a gaming shirt, the South Park outfits are by far the worse shirts someone actually is trying to pass off as good. |

Good for casual wear...nothing more. |

Is that 151 stuff still around? Not in to Pokemon, but I like where they are going with it.
The Uniqlo in NYC doesn't carry any of the stuff here you guys are referencing, is there a link to someplace that imports that I can browse?

Yeah i understand you OP, i too worked a will for a gaming outlet but worked in the administrative department so in my mind i thought that wearing a T-Shirt with the company logo was formal enough but NO they sent me back home to put something more formal, so i really would like to see a FORMAL GAMING CLOTHE.

Disclaimer: I have a commercial interest in the following company
I got involved late last year with a new gamer oriented clothing label, Control Division, which has just launched today. The company is looking to raise the bar for gaming themed clothes with higher quality designs and manufacturing, so thought it might fit in the thread and be of interest to those still on the lookout for stuff. You can check out the initial "beta" launch range at www.controldivision.com If you use PIKPOK or SIDHE as a discount code, then'll you get a 10% discount too. We'll be giving away Control Division stuff on our Sidhe and PikPok Facebook pages over the next couple of weeks as well. Some promo photos of the range below (you can view the whole gallery of photos here) ![]() ![]()
