I just heard from a friend of mine, that Hospitalis has been closed. Never got to experience it. =(
That's what my friends told me as well. Perhaps that's why the customers are force-fed in straitjackets?

Looks more like a plane's vapor trail going into the horizon being lit up by the setting / rising sun. The contrast between the blue water and the matte sky and the bright trail makes it touched up slightly as well.
