When I first started watching it, I was scared. I think a lot of that is having just come off the 'i r serious' Game of Thrones season. The jump is just so big.

Having thought about it ... I have faith in the cast and crew. This will be awesome.

Tru Blood is fun to watch in that it doesn't take itself too seriously.....and if it does, it's even funnier.

I agree though, coming from the GoT finale to the True Blood sneak peak was way too jarring. I thought it looked awful, but that is how I felt about season 1 before I really got into it.

Nah, I'm still planning on canceling. There are other ways to watch HBO shows online.

And I agree - HBO needs to offer a monthly pass to HBO GO for non-cable subscribers. They'd make a killing off of it, and it would let them circumvent idiot cable providers like Time Warner Cable who keep fighting with them over HBO GO carriage.

I'd say it will inevitably happen, but I hope it's soon.

The quality of the show dropped of a cliff towards the last half of season 3, the levels of campiness and ridiculousness got too high for my tastes. I'm looking foward to Lafayette's storyline, but other than that, meh. I'm hoping the show can recapture my interest in the first few episodes of season 4.

Not gonna lie, I'm excited the show is back. I thought season 3 was fairly entertaining, I liked it more than S2 anyway.

Yeah, the show is trashy, but it's fun trash. And the cast is ridiculously attractive. There's someone for everyone! Plus, some of the characters that are due to be introduced this season are ones I've been waiting for.

It contains some of the best and worst of the show. The main plot line was actually very entertaining, with a fantastic central villain, but some of the subplots were absolutely dire (Jason and Sam's in particular).
