It's only disappointing because the show's had a return to form as of late, if the show was ending a couple of seasons earlier I doubt people would be as upset. Having said that I'm glad it's found its feet again, and it's good that the show will end on a fairly high note. At least we still have Warehouse 13!

I was getting ready to bitch about this episode. I thought it was cheap and gimmicky. Then they did anime.... Totally worth it!

heh.
Read what I guess was the tv guide synopsis for tonight's episode. The Andreus Crew lands back on Earth, and it's been 4 years. Have a feeling that's not going to be the truth. Either the mystery of what happened to the crew/Allison is solved in the 1st episode, or it'll carry on for the rest of the season. |

Did the show get any better in the 2nd half of the fourth season? It went really heavy soap opera there in the first third of season 4 and I got bored to tears with it. The only episode I liked was "Crossing Over" because it had Claudia Donovan and Fargo in it so it was almost like watching the infinitely more enjoyable Warehouse 13.

Called it when Zane got knocked out.
Thought it might happen from the synopsis too. Hope it gets sorted out quickly. Though maybe they pull a Farscape season 3, with separate Reality ("2 Johns") episodes. Think most of the show is up on Netflix streaming. |

My problem with the show is how often they just drop plots. I got seasons 1-3 last xmas and there were times I thought I missed an episode or I thought they forgot to put one in. Like last season. What happened to that scientist from the 40's?
Overall, I kind of saw that ending coming. |

Thank god for the ending. This show has relied WAY too much on "O no the whole world is COMPLETELY different, but with the SAME people!!!!111!!" ever since Nathan left. I've come to accept he Nathan/Carter dynamic really did make the show.

I think there's been a Nathan in Reality 2.0, and he'll be popping in before the end |

Oh god, The show hasn't been the same for me ever since he and I hope he comes back! Not in the dream reality but for real after the whole fake reality plot is dealt with.

Me too, last episode I remember watching though was them getting transported back to the 40s or something.. caught it off guard on TV a few years ago and watched it.
I'd catch up if it's actually any good, like the original seasons. That was some great stuff. |

Okay, now I *Know* I saw the "Venture Brothers" in the opening creds so I wasn't seeing things.
Also, why was Cafe Diem being rebuilt? I'm sure there was a RL explanation but I don't remember any in show reason. Honestly, I can kind of see why this show is getting canceled. Season 1 was probably their best season. After one of the co-creators left after the second season, the show has been very hit or miss.
