I don't see how it's a reference to Dumbledore at all. More of a reference to how boring Jerry is and how easy it is to please him.

In that Pawnee book, there's a particular tabloid photo of the former Sweetum's CEO and he looks so creepy in it. It's like a ghost photo.

I really enjoyed the holiday episode. Marshmallow Ron is my cellphone wallpaper. Plus, two different slams at the Black Eyed Peas in The Office and Parks were unexpected and funny.

I finally started watching this when it popped up on Netflix and I really enjoyed it. I then got caught up on Hulu with this season and I'm excited. So many good comedic actors in this show its crazy. Amy nails every scene she is in and you can tell she is just loving her job. Congrats to her for creating something genuinely funny. I also hope that Jerry gets his revenge sometime for all the crap he gets.

I almost wet myself when Tom, Jerry, Chris and Donna are in the office. Tom starts laughing at Jerry, then for no reason Donna starts laughing then Chris joins in and Jerry is sitting there like "I hate this place."

Though whenever I see Rashida Jones I hear Chris Traeger in my head saying "Ann Perkins!"
