"...What exactly are you carving?"
"Offensive line" "Sorry, African American kid..." It's sad that Claire is the exactly same person as my mother. It's also too bad they ruined the Jewish joke in the previews during Suburgatory, cause that was gold. EDIT: David Cross?!?!?! Tobias, yay!

Everything about this episode was a win. I laughed so much at the basketball stuff, the Manny storyline and Cam/Gloria absolutely killed me. The last few episodes have been decent but this is a proper return to form. It's still the funniest current show on TV

That was indeed a hilarious episode. Everything about it was perfect - though I was expecting Gloria to have taken the wrong dog. Hahaha.
But yeah, Street Car Named Desire, the Jew joke, Blindside jokes, David Cross, all of it was ace. They have really strayed from the formulaic BS that almost ruined this show in season 2. I noticed ever since Abraham Higginbotham came aboard this season, the comedy changed immediately (also explains David Cross guest starring). |

I don't usually like Cam and Mitchell's over the top arcs, but when the social worker or whoever it was opened the door, and Lily had that squirty cream on her head and Cam had it on his shirt, it was just really well done. |

I had to watch it again and it was even funnier the second time. I think it's because every character had their own moment to shine. Manny's jokes and and the fact that he tricked Jay, Luke and Phil trying to make the same shot on camera was hilarious to me, and the Streetcar jokes and setups fucking nailed it. Easily the best episode in a long, long, time

"I'm really attracted to powerful women... Michelle Obama, Oprah, Condeleezza Rice, Serena Williams... wait a minute..."
:lol EDIT: The Bieberdization... "day make the dams!" Thank god Modern Family season three has been good so far.
