WAKFU®: Discover the vibrant world of WAKFU, the turn-based, tactical MMORPG from Ankama. HEROES OF RUIN™: This action-adventure using the StreetPass™ and SpotPass™ functionality for Nintendo 3DS™ features a band of unlikely heroes brought together to form a fearsome alliance. HEROES OF RUIN will be available in Spring 2012.
DEAD ISLAND™: In Deep Silver's best-selling action title, the lush island paradise of Banoi truly is a holiday destination with everything — including a lethal zombie outbreak. DEAD ISLAND is available now.

DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION™: New York Comic Con attendees are invited to experience the upcoming downloadable content of one of the most critically acclaimed, best-selling games of the year. During lead character Adam Jensen's quest for the truth in DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION, he mysteriously vanishes for three days. Where was he? What did he find out? New York Comic Con attendees are invited to join "East Meets West: Art Direction for a Worldwide Audience" on Friday, Oct. 14 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for an exclusive panel presenting concept and finished art from FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 and DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION. Moderated by industry consultant and former Newsweek senior writer, N'Gai Croal, the panel will include an in-depth discussion between Isamu Kamikokuryo, art director of FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 and Jonathan Jacques-Belletete, art director of DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION. Note: They will announce a collaborative art project, Deus Ex x FF

Other Square Enix events include:

There was a rumor that something "significant" was going to be revealed about FFXIII-2 at NYCC. So that's actually being revealed today?

EDIT: Looks like that's Hitman

I'll be at NYCC. Checking out FF13-2 the night before. Trying to see if Square could set me up with a spot to record the panel. If it happens, I'll post a link to the upload, which should go up the same day.

I still don't understand if it's just a talk or they're going to announce some type of collaboration. If so... I can't see how two artists so different can collaborate, lol ~

I wonder what they will say about east and west art direction and if Square's future projects will take from both sides.

Nothing too interesting, but I'll go to the panel. They gave out FFXIV controllers and stuffs at the show flower last year.

I would love it if every promotional image for an FF from now on had a different chair in it. Make couches/chairs a new Final Fantasy tradition:

That FFXXVII a poster from the new Deus Ex game? (haven't played it yet)

I'm going to the East meets West panel (provided I get up early enough :P)... and the Tonic Bar afterparty sounds VERY interesting, I'll probably hit that up as well.

4HOL took a year to come over, I'm not really expecting any western confirmation until 2012 anyway. Same deal for KH3D, Theatrhythm and (hopefully) Pirate Slime.

Speaking from experience, the official webpage and facebook page have been abuzz with activity ever since the game was announced. It definitely has its fans, including myself, and we're all quite excited to see how it turns out.

Never played Deus Ex HR, but it looks like an ingame FF ad from the future.

Would be pretty cool if SE ends up using that art for the real FFXXVII.
