I'm going to start breeding for a shiny Feebas, then evolve it into a Milotic.

My Japanese Ditto's IV's are as follows:

23/24/25/16/26/29

I have a Japanese Bold Ditto and my American Feebas ready to go. I'm going to have Ditto hold the Everstone to pass down its Bold Nature, and my Feebas' IV's are as follows:

31/10/29/27/30/31

My question is - which of those IV's should I pass down? I know Milotic is a Special Defense beast, so should I pass that stat down? I plan on using it as Special Attacker, so should I pass that down?

Any help would be awesome!!

If you are RNGing, I highly suggest getting a perfect Ditto first. That will make finding good shiny pokemons easier. If you will do normal breeding, it will depend on what your Milotic will do: If its focus is on special defense, focus on HP, SATK and SPDEF IVs. If you want a mixed wall, focus on DEF, SATK and HP IVs. If you aren't bothered by defense, focus on HP, SATK and SPE.

Whenever I see Espeon on my Team Preview I always know they'll switch it into to my entry hazard so I use an attacking moves instead of Stealth Rock and it usually 2HKOs.

The thing is that there is no Keldeo on Wifi and with no sleep clause Breloom will just Spore Amoongus every time. I haven't run into any rain teams on singles lately either so I'm starting to think Amoongus might not have much of a place in this metagame.
