Braun's doing a good job here, Bautista should be taking notes for when he has to make excuses for why his sample came back positive too.

I hope he's not guilty because if he is, the way he's fighting against this, nobody will ever believe players. He sounds not guilty.
But I believe him and I feel bad for him.

It's very, very difficult for a defamation suit to stick in the United States. Little thing called "prior restraint."
Meanwhile, in South Korea or Italy, you can basically throw anyone in jail that impugns your character, penis size, height, etc. |

There are some good parts to ESPN but the entity as a whole can be a plague on sports at times. I'm watching the conference on MLBN just to avoid the wonderful taglines ESPN will end up using.

Don't care. I just want him to try. Imagine the line of athletes and individuals who will jump on board. It'd be beautiful.

It's the fact that a network hegemony that effectively acts as a monopoly in any field, much less Journalism, leads to abuse without much consequence. See: cities that have become one paper towns. Baltimore Sun and the AJC have terrible editorial quality, sadly. Not much can be done about it. |

ESPN reported that Braun failed a drug test with extremely elevated levels of testerone. That is actually what exactly happened.
ESPN didn't break any confidentiality agreements by reporting what they reported. Braun might be innocent, I don't know and really don't care but to attack ESPN for this is something I find hilarious. I hope he sues them. He's not going to win. |
